An Update On Us

So I have started to get hate mail from some of my friends regarding my lack of posts!! I apologize for my neglect of the blog! Here is an update on the main events of the last two months:

1. Noah decided that he didn't like his crib anymore. So at bedtime and nap time I started having real problems with him staying in it. When he wanted to get out, he would lift his body, lean his head down and fall out head first. My child has no fear of bodily injury. He is lucky he didn't break his neck on one of these falls. So I bought a crib tent for him and it has been a life saver! Although it doesn't look like it in the picture above, he has gotten over the crib phobia and now loves his tent.

2. Noah was in the bathtub a few weeks ago, when one of the sliding glass doors on the shower shattered and all the glass fell into the tub. Noah escaped with only one major cut on his hand and a bunch of little scratches. His Grandpa Ringer stiched him up on my bedroom floor and although it was a little traumatic at the time, Noah and grandpa are still buddies.

3. Christmas was a lot of fun this year. Noah spent most of Christmas morning eating a candy cane he found on the floor and walking around in his new snow boots(for the cabin). He has a bit of a shoe fettish I'm afraid and boots are the fav. He has now decided that his geo trax train set, books, cars and other gifts are pretty cool as well.

I will keep the posts coming!!!

Megan is quite the fearless one too. She "jumped" out of her crib a few months ago and I immediately lowered it, and haven't had any repeats yet... I totally feel your pain about hair. I get really bored of mine too and have actually been thinking of a change for a few weeks now. I usually go darker in the Winter and lighter in the Summer. I don't know if that helps at all. Sometimes I get longer bangs when I'm bored. Glad to see a new post!
